When you submit the supplier enquiry form or email us, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, company, business email, country, website, and information about your products.

How we use it

We use these details only to review and respond to your enquiry and, if we work together, to discuss and manage a supplier partnership. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, and taking steps at your request before entering into an agreement.

Who processes it

Form submissions are received through our website host, Netlify, and delivered to our email. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting partnership, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hillsgloballogistics@gmail.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
